Rally Raise

For mission-driven nonprofits

Donors are your best fundraisers.

Stop chasing grants. Empower the average people who already love your cause — the neighbors, the regulars, the Sunday-morning sharers — to bring in the next gift.

Your donors take you viral.

  1. Donors share the link.

One link anyone can text, post, or email.

  2. Donors post the QR.

    Bulletin, newsletter, screen, sidewalk sign.

  3. 94¢ of every $1.

Automatic ACH, automatic disbursements, automatic reporting. Zero overhead.

Our donors helped us raise enough to support 3 residencies, all in less than a week. It’s surreal.

Questions

The honest answers.

How does the 3% thank-you share work?

Anyone who shares your link can opt in to a 3% thank-you share on donations they bring in. It's a gesture of gratitude — not a sales cut and not a tier. Supporters can waive it with one tap so 97% flows to your org. Flat structure by design. No sub-shares, no pressure.

Is our donor's gift tax-deductible?

Yes, when your org is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3). We verify your EIN against IRS Pub 78 during signup and issue an IRS-compliant receipt PDF to every donor — with your name, address, EIN, and the required deductible-statement language.

How fast do we receive funds?

Weekly, direct to your org's bank account through Stripe Connect. No 30-day holds. Small orgs running on thin margins can't float a month of receivables, and we won't ask you to.

Do we need our own website?

No. Your Rally Raise page is a full donation page at yourorg.rallyraise.org. If you do have a site, you can drop in a one-line embed later. Either way works.

What if we already use Donorbox, Givebutter, or Classy?

Honestly: if you're on Donorbox and happy, stay put. We're a better fit if you're on PayPal or nothing, or if the share-link mechanic is interesting to your community. We'll tell you straight — we don't compete on price alone.

Is this a platform for any nonprofit, or just food banks?

Any IRS-verified 501(c)(3) — parishes, shelters, schools, community kitchens, pantries. Rally Raise grew out of Fresh Food Connect's work with food pantries, but the platform is open to any mission-aligned org.
